Job Description:

We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Royalty Cleaning Services LLC. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing apartment turnovers in Nashville, TN and ensuring that each unit is cleaned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks during apartment turnovers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Notify management of any repairs or replacements needed for cleaning equipment
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Complete apartment turnovers in a timely manner while meeting quality standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Detailed in Residential Cleaning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Must be able to pass a Background Check/Drug Test
