We provide in-house engineering, BIM modeling, construction, and long-term service across all MEP trades—including fire sprinkler and low voltage.
We are redefining MEP delivery through standardization, robotics, and workforce ownership, powered by a field-first culture. With 11 regional offices planned and $1B+ in project pipeline, we are scaling quickly—and building a finance function to match.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a vital role in supporting national expansion, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting, and building scalable systems that empower data-driven construction execution.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, construction-savvy accounting professional ready to take ownership of a fast-moving, high-growth operation.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements
• Support annual audit preparation and documentation for external accountants
Construction Finance Operations
• Set up and manage job cost tracking and WIP reporting systems to ensure visibility into labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Support billing, retention, and lien processes in alignment with contract and schedule performance
• Coordinate with procurement and project ops to ensure real-time financial tracking
Systems, Growth & Support
• Help evaluate, select, and implement construction-friendly accounting software and integrations
• Develop scalable workflows and documentation for onboarding future offices and employees
• Assist CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis as needed

• Exposure to progress billing, subcontractor tracking, and lien releases
• Experience working with CFOs or Controllers in founder-led or private-equity backed businesses
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a strong plus
