Job Description
Summary: Central Training Coordinator for all HS Employees. Design and conduct training activities, analyze training needs, and apply improvement initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance. Work with both Human Resources and Production to ensure adequate training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective learning management system. Develop training material, instructional design, and tools to ensure effective knowledge transfer processes. Other duties may be assigned:
