Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Corporate Trainer: Develop and implement training programs for employees, focusing on technical or product-related topics Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training initiatives Create engaging learning materials and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and effectiveness This role is a contract-to-hire or direct hire position, with a standard work schedule of 8-5PM, four days a week onsite Required Skills for Corporate Trainer: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training/adult learning Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva Preferred: Experience in the Fintech or Merchant Services sector Preferred: Professional Certification such as APTD, CPTD, CPTM, or other recognized training certification What's in it for you?
