We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives. You will provide day-to-day support with activities of daily living, community integration, and behavioral support, ensuring each individual receives person-centered care.
**Requirements:**
- CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
- PA Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI Background Clearances
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Reliable transportation, (or Drivers License, or The ability to get to company designated pickup location)
- Experience with IDD preferred
