Classification: Full Time Shift: Varies: AM/PM, including weekends and holidays Hourly Rate Range: $30.00 - $34.00 Ideal Candidate Will Have: 1-2 years of event management experience Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc) What Will I Be Doing: As Event Manager, you will coordinate event documentation with Sales, hotel departments, and clients to ensure high-quality service throughout all event phases. You will facilitate a seamless transition from sales to service, identify opportunities to upsell, and serve as the primary contact for event planners post-turnover, ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities include: Organizing, planning, and prioritizing duties with clear communication Building and maintaining client relationships Understanding job systems, products, and processes Resolving conflicts and negotiating Influencing clients and internal teams Making decisions based on analysis and evaluation Ensuring high service quality through communication and coaching Participating in site inspections and supporting sales Performing other duties as needed Maintaining regular attendance What Are We Looking For: Hilton values qualities such as hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
