**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Google Ads Expert** to join our team and manage paid search campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for Norton Fitness.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
* Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
* Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign results and recommendations.
* Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient ad spend.
* Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2+ years).
* Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and audience targeting.
* Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Experience in e-commerce or fitness industry a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
