Qualifications:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment (entry-level candidates with a willingness to train also considered).
CDL preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
Background check and drug screening (upon clients request).
