About the Role:

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? Join our Coil Shop team as a Machine Operator and help build the high-performance air conditioning units that power homes and businesses across the country. You’ll operate advanced metal fabrication machines in a fast-paced, open-air environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are top priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machines like Brake Press, Turret, and Fin Press to cut and shape metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of machine operation experience
• Experience with CNC machines or heavy machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
