Job Description

A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team. Position Highlights:

• Inpatient only with optional outpatient shifts available - If interested, you can maintain your skills in both areas
• 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
• Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities

- EMR-EPIC

• Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years
• Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required

Compensation Package Includes:

• Competitive base salary in the range of $270,000-$300,000 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
• Annual retention bonus
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000
• Relocation up to $20,000
