POSITION TITLE: Night Warehouse Manager 

PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to manage night warehouse operations that meets company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse 2 /Warehouse 3 

REPORTS TO: Night Shift Warehouse Manager 

PAY SALARY: $65,000-$75,000 

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time,

Sunday Start 12:30pm Monday-Thursday Start 5:00pm

DRESS CODE: Steel toe boots, Cloth Gloves (optional), Sweater or Light Jacket 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead and manage the nightly operations of order picking, loading, and warehouse functions, ensuring all processes meet company standards and safety regulations. 

• Develop and manage daily work schedules, including planning for overtime, extra shifts, and special projects as needed. 

• Allocate equipment and resources appropriately, coordinate maintenance and repairs with the appropriate departments. 

• Analyze and review warehouse productivity reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Conduct daily audits of shipping and loading activities to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and proper handling and storage of materials. 

• Monitor sanitation standards and facility condition, addressing issues promptly to maintain a clean, safe work environment. 

• Oversee the training and development of new hires and implement cross-training programs for existing team members to maximize flexibility and performance. 

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among night shift personnel. 

• Step in to perform operational tasks as needed to support the team and maintain workflow. 

• Proactively resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the night shift. 

• Lead regular team meetings and represent the night warehouse team in management and leadership meetings. 
• Other functions as tasks as assigned by management 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma 

• Some college courses preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years of experience in warehouse distribution 

• 5 years of experience in manager position

• Ability to operate electric/manual pallet jack and forklift

• Bilingual – English/Spanish 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. frequently 

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time 

• Work in cooler and freezer temperatures
