Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and execution of a strategic auto remarketing initiative within the Salesforce Desktop platform. This role will focus on improving internal and external customer experiences while modernizing outdated systems and processes to create a next-generation remarketing solution. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, customer-focused, and adept at collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Development: Lead the development and deployment of the 3rd party remarketing process within Salesforce, ensuring an optimized customer experience for multiple personas.
• Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and stories, creating a strategic roadmap that maximizes business and customer value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in design, development, and QA to ensure the seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, document, and refine business requirements while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality.
• Leadership & Strategy: Support the Product Director in driving the Dealer Relationship Management Application Strategy to optimize the Salesforce platform for remarketing operations.
• Product Performance: Measure product success and advocate for the Voice of the Customer , using data insights to inform product development and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner in agile environments, particularly in financial services or auto servicing.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or coaching teams.
  • 1+ years of experience in the auto business line within financial services.
• Skills:
  • Proven track record of leading product strategies and driving product enhancements.
  • Proficient in Salesforce , Jira , and standard Microsoft tools.
  • Strong experience in agile/scrum methodologies and managing backlogs.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through strong communication and leadership.
  • Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to refine and deliver product features.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Digital Product Ownership experience in financial services or auto servicing.
• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and business partners.
• Proven ability to manage and drive consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
