Position Title: Property Book Administrator
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

The Property Book Administrator ensures accurate accountability and control of government property, managing asset records in compliance with Army and DoD property accountability regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate property records using DPAS and GCSS-Army systems.
• Conduct inventories and reconcile discrepancies in hand receipts and sub-hand receipts.
• Prepare and update documentation for acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Champion compliance and excellence, by supporting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.
• Train personnel on property accountability procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to maintain asset visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in property book or supply management.
• Experience with DPAS, GCSS-Army, or similar logistics systems.
• Thorough understanding of Army property accountability regulations.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
