Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually and automatically testing our software systems, including CRM workflows, web applications, and internal tools to ensure they perform reliably and meet business requirements.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify defects, improve processes, and help deliver high-quality software.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Contribute to improving testing processes and automation strategies.
  • Retest resolved issues to verify defect fixes and maintain software quality.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Experience with manual testing and familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, API testing, and CRM or business applications is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
