We are seeking a high-energy & enthusiastic professional Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service to homebuyers looking at properties on our websites. Responsibilities:

• Customer support calls - utilizing our systems to connect with leads to talk with them about their property searches and establish rapport
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
• Collaborate to develop and implement more effective customer support strategies
• Meet and exceed our target customer growth rate and performance metrics
• Learn and become an expert on our platform and products that we offer to agents, so you can have higher-quality conversations with our customers

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Motivated to surpass previous goals and performance
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Comfortable being on the phone for the majority of the day
• Goal and growth-oriented mindset
• Real Estate Experience/License is a plus
