What You Will Be Doing - Design and deliver high-impact workshops teaching students actionable strategies for authentic audience growth
- Provide expert coaching on content strategy, from concept development to optimization using advanced AI tools
- Transform students' personal expertise into distinctive, marketable digital brands
- Develop analytical frameworks focused on meaningful metrics that drive genuine engagement
- Facilitate strategic connections between students and relevant industry influencers
What You Won’t Be Doing - Implementing obsolete social media strategies that no longer deliver results
- Focusing on superficial metrics that don't translate to meaningful influence
- Managing institutional social media accounts or school marketing
- Spending valuable time on administrative tasks unrelated to student development

Basic Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in strategic social media management, content creation, and audience engagement

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
