A Brief Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions concurrently in a non-discriminatory and fully compliant manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for current and future job openings.

What you will do

• Recruit/source potential candidates through various social platforms, networking events and job boards.
• Work with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for positions and hiring needs. Conduct recruiting and onboarding training with new hiring manager.
• Screen resumes for suitability, conduct initial phone screening interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities including Career Fairs and Internship Programs.
• Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the Banks's current and future hiring needs.
• Present job offers discussing salary, company benefits and company culture.
• Attend meetings, events, career fairs and professional organization gatherings for purposes of recruiting and promoting the Bank.
• Serve as a backup for onboarding new hires.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

• Application tracking system experience preferred.
• Sourcing experience in LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum and minimum 1 year Human Resources - Recruiting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
