• Position: Event Bartender or Server or Host (Your chance to shine!)
• Reports to: The awesome Senior Event Hospitality Manager
• Where the Magic Happens: Hard Truth Distilling Company – Nashville, Indiana (Get ready for those scenic views!)
• Job Type: Part-time, Event-Based (Perfect for adding some excitement to your schedule!)

What You'll Be Rocking:

• Becoming a Guest Service Legend: You'll be the face of Hard Truth at amazing private events – think dreamy weddings, cool corporate shindigs, fun tastings, and delicious ticketed dinners!
• Mastering the Art of Service: You'll be delivering food and drinks with a smile, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time!
• Joining the Dream Team: You'll be working hand-in-hand with our amazing kitchen and bar crew to make every event flawless.
• Keeping Things Sparkle Clean: You'll help us maintain a clean, organized, and totally safe event space.
• Being a Communication Guru: You'll chat with guests and your team, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time!
• Setting the Stage: You'll help set up and break down our event spaces, turning them into the perfect party spots!

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Experience is a Plus, but Your Awesome Attitude is Key! Previous bartending or serving experience, especially in event settings, is great, but we're looking for people who are eager to learn and bring their best!
• Gotta Be 21+ to Serve the Good Stuff! If you're bartending or serving alcohol, you need to be of legal age and be able to obtain an Indiana Alcohol Permit.
• Weekend Warrior and Evening Enthusiast? Our events often happen on weekends and evenings, so that availability is a must!
• Communication and Teamwork Champ? You'll be working with a fantastic crew, so being a team player is essential!

• Reliable, Professional, and Guest-Obsessed? We're looking for people who are dependable, professional, and genuinely love making guests happy!
• Can You Lift and Groove? You'll need to be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods – consider it your event fitness plan!

Let's Talk Compensation (Because We Appreciate You!):

• Tipped Events: You'll earn $2.13/hr plus those awesome tips!
• Non-Tipped Events: For events like tastings and branded dinners, you'll earn a solid $15/hr!
